Cleaner Living Services is a privately owned, full service janitorial and commercial cleaning company based in Lisle. Since 1985 CLS has cleaned national company headquarters and local facilities across DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Will and western Cook counties.
Every job is done by CLS staff with low turnover, never handed to a subcontractor. Each building gets a single point of contact who answers for the Everyday Cleaner Standard, and a new building starts with an intensive initial cleaning at no extra cost, followed by surface testing to confirm the work.
Floor care is the other half of the business: restoration for tile and grout, terrazzo, granite, marble, VCT and polished cement, stone polishing, protective coatings and sealers, and carpet extraction by IICRC certified technicians. CLS also supports Families Helping Families, which houses homeless families in DuPage County.
